It's been a very long time since I posted on my blog. I have been busy in life and work, so sometimes there isn't enough time in the day to just sit down and type, but no excuses...make the time right? Charlotte my furbaby is turning 11 this year and have noticed her slowing down, but her check-up at the vet this month was good. We are monitoring her hip dysplasia with medication and monthly adjustments. She is a trooper and always a happy girl. I have a new job, so enjoying the change and hopefully I can move closer to finding my "happy place" within my working life. I can then steer the course to a joyful retirement LOL. I do have a plan and would like to eventually take some time and travel; Spain is at the top of my bucket list. Until then, enjoy the pics of what I've been doing over the course of my last post back in 2011. A couple of weddings, a portrait session, Charlotte and friends.

Updated Website
Finally I have updated my webpage. I have tons of work, but decided to put my digital work only on my site. I love my images that I captured on film and over the many years of shooting, I have quite the collection, but I got to move with the digital times. These are a few of my favorite images photographed with my Hasselblad 503cw...I love this camera!! It was a tank, but the images it created (and me of course LOL!!) were outstanding. Enjoy!!

Starting Something New
It's been a while since I have blogged and I wanted to share with you all that I will be starting a pet photography business. I love photographing animals, especially my furbaby Charlotte and her BFF Maggie and I have volunteered for Pet Rescue Magazine, it just seemed like the right fit. My website will be up soon and I will post the link.

New Year, New Attitude
It's amazing to me that another year has come and gone. 2009 was a year of big changes for me, some of which were positive and some not so great. But in the end, everything worked out the way it was supposed to. This year I am going in with a new attitude and a more positive outlook because life is too short to dwell on past mistakes. I want to be able to say "YES I CAN" rather than "NO I CAN'T". So here's to a more happy and positive me in 2010!!!
